Nearly half the people who have made this metro of 5.6 million their home, were born outside of Canada.
Looking around you in Toronto, you will the big and imposing structures on par with just about anything in the world. It's a major global financial centre, the financial center of our country, and home to one of the eight big stock exchanges of the global economy. It's the center of Canadian media, home to our only NBA and MLB team, and one of North America's most extensive infrastructures. It is, without a doubt, Canada's premier metropolis.
